Website privacy
Privacy notice
This notice describes the website as currently implemented. It does not invent data practices for services that are not connected.
Information you choose to provide
The project enquiry form collects the name, business email, company, country and project description you submit. Optional fields include website, phone, current systems, project type, company size, timeline and a workflow-assessment summary. Finch uses this information to review and respond to the enquiry and to manage the resulting business conversation.
The public form does not accept file uploads. Do not submit credentials, personal records, regulated data or confidential documents.
Workflow assessments and public demos
The assessment stores an unfinished draft in the current browser session so you can move between stages. If you choose to discuss the result, a bounded assessment summary is carried to the contact form in session storage; process text is not placed in the URL. A submitted summary becomes part of the project enquiry.
Public AI demonstrations may send generalised input to the configured AI provider for processing. The structured workflow assessment can use a deterministic local analysis when AI is unavailable or inappropriate. Do not use public tools for confidential, personal or commercially sensitive information.
Enquiry storage and service providers
Successful project enquiries are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare provides website hosting and database infrastructure and may process technical request information as part of operating and securing those services. No email-notification, CRM, marketing-automation or file-storage service is currently connected to this form.
Attribution and measurement
The website records the first landing page, referrer and standard UTM campaign fields in session storage for the current browser session. It also emits narrowly defined, non-personal conversion events inside the page. No third-party analytics destination is currently configured by this implementation. Form text, names and email addresses are not included in analytics events.
Security, retention and choices
Requests are subject to server-side validation, size limits, same-origin checks, anti-spam timing, rate limits and duplicate-submission protection. These controls reduce risk but cannot make public transmission risk-free.
Enquiry information is retained only as needed to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. A precise period is not stated because no verified retention schedule has been supplied.
To ask about, correct or request deletion of information supplied through this website, use the project enquiry form and clearly identify the request. Finch may need to verify the requester before acting.
